What payment methods are available? How are the payments done?
Most of the families choose to do direct debit. We send the bill at the end of the month for the hours done during the month. We usually send the bill around the 7th of the following month. The bills are sent by a computer system so if it does not arrive to your email check your spam. It will come from [email protected]. Then we wait one week to allow time for the families to review their bills. Then around the 14th we do the direct debits. The bank system takes a week sometimes to do the direct debits so you will see the money come out of your account around the 21st.
Private English Classes
Families can also choose to do a transfer once they receieve the bill as well.
We also have a USA bank account for our American families if they wish to pay us in the USA however there will be extra charges as we will have to pay to bring the money over here to our Spanish bank account.
We also offer paypal, but the paypal system charges us around a 5% fee so the amount you send us on paypal would have to be 5% larger than what we charge for classes.
Private English Classes. We do not offer payment via bank card or credit card as it is very expensive to have that machine and many of the families are not in our offices so they are often not here with their credit cards or bank cards.
Where are the teachers from?
Many of us are from the USA and UK. All of us speak English. All of the teachers have technical degrees in their fields. For example many of us have degrees in math, physics, engieering etc.
